Hi, I'm Nahi. Most of my work is in AI and data-heavy products, where someone has twenty minutes to find a broken number before an auditor asks about it. The interface is rarely the hard part. Understanding what people are actually afraid of getting wrong usually is.

Drawing less of the map for the questions banks ask every day

IBM's data lineage tool was built for audits and took hours to draw. I made a simple Summary View the everyday default and kept the full map one click away. Answers that took hours now take seconds, and the redesign won a Red Dot Award.

Helping a founder find the one chart worth building

A pre-seed founder wanted three products, and I had forty hours. Asking where the value lived and who it was for led us to one chart for energy traders. I designed the rest, built only that, and checked its colors against color blindness.

Designing HIV care for the people outreach was missing

Arizona's main HIV website was losing the people its programs most needed to reach. I chose to design for them first and cut a quiz that tested well down to one question. The share of people leaving after one page fell from 80% to 20%.
